Plat of the Townsite of CornwallThe federal townsite survey. It shows the Alamosa River, the Government and State Wagon Roads, Burnt Gulch Creek, Spring Creek and Quartzite Mountain, with section corners, bearings and parcel acreages.

Retracement plat, survey note sheetCarries the note explaining the whole chain. It records a boundary retracement of the resurvey of the Town of Cornwall made in October 1895 by W. H. Cochran, US Deputy Mineral Surveyor, filed under Reception No. 22052 in Map Book 2 at Page 45. Street names on this sheet include Deer, Pagosa and Alamosa.
