I found this map that I got from the county years ago. This is the official re-plat of Jasper which was commissioned by Luke Anthony in 1990. The work was done by Davis Engineering in Del Norte and filed with the county. The print is huge, 3 to 4 feet long so I took some pictures of it at posted on the Jasper Google Drive for you to download. This is the most detailed map of Jasper that I've ever seen. Be mindful that some of the easements have changed tracks but the blocks and lots are all still correct.
