My name is Stacey Davis, Justin Golliher and I are building the cabin on Deer St. We have spoken to a number of companies and have had a suggestion from our Engineer and Building Inspector that we get a variance for a gravity septic system. A gravity system would work well for most of our properties. Never having to be pumped out or pull out any sort of pump at the end of the season. The Building Inspector, Randy Kearn is suggesting that we as a community/HOA get a variance approved for the entire HOA. Dave Slater and I will be meeting with the County on May 27th.
