Live from the Lost Elk Lodge in Jasper, Colorado! It's a beautiful morning and there is virtually no snow other than just a few piles in the grass and trees. The weather is sunny and warm today but a storm is coming in tomorrow (Sunday). The forecast is just a few inches but you never know. Kind of a bummer because the boys are dying to take out their Kitty Cat snowmobiles but mother nature is not cooperating. The lack of moisture is becoming a little concerning for the 2018 fire season. If we don't start to catch up on snow, the watershed will be dangerously low for irrigation in the Valley.
Wow... that's not good! Does anyone know how many inches of snow Jasper has had up to date?
