Mud mush and slush.....
Its too warm and rocky for snowmobiles here in Jasper yet still enough snow for vehicles to get buried.....
Green gate is wet and mud with snow and slush in the trees.
Red gate is gravel and mostly dry up to the culvert at Deer St wet slushy snow makes the road " not recommended for vehicles"
Spring Creek/Blowout pass road is snow slush and also impassable past the "Hand's" cabin a few hundred yards up from 250.
Blue gate seems to be in the best shape as far as snow melt goes. The Smiths kept the road plowed twice this winter so snowpack was minimal and mostly clear up to Adams St.
Yellow gate is mostly deep slush and large gaps of rock and gravel almost all the way up
FSR
FSR 250 is 99% dry from the pavement at CO 15 all the way up to the Jasper gate...mostly heavy wet slush/mud and impassable by car/truck 100 feet past yellow gate...PLEASE dont try....the number of people stuck and dug out stands at 8...3 of those being Subaru's (thank goodness they are light)
Well time to lick the mud from my paws....catch you later on.....Dude
thanks for the update. What is the total season snow count?
