Interested in small lots for sale under $15K. Preferably wooded and flat. Would need to have access for concrete trucks, so cannot have huge slope in access. We have looked through the realty sites, and will be keeping an eye on them, but thought we'd see if any private owners had areas they are looking to sell. Not in a rush, looking for just the right spot :)
