Uncle Andy's Seafood Stew

This is one of my all time favorite recipes from the old website so I just had to bring it back!


Seafood Stew ================================================

1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 chopped garlic cloves

2-24oz. cans diced tomatoes and liquid 2-8oz. cans tomato sauce

2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon Basil 1 tablespoon parsley 1/2 teaspoon Paprika 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper or to taste

2 cans tiny shrimp and liquid 2 cans chopped or minced clams and liquid 1 lb. fish cut in to 1 inch square size chunks

Saute pepper, onion, and garlic in oil until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and spices. Bring to boil, then simmer 10-15 mins covered. Add shrimp, clams and fish. Cook until fish is done, 10-15 mins.

Easy to make and everyone loves it. Enjoy! Add a little Frank's Hot Sauce to taste if you like a little extra kick.
