The water contains coliform bacteria in such high concentration that it exceeded their testing equipment. It would be wise to inspect your vent pipes and fire place piping before attempting to use them. The architect that I talked to suggested that you should build roofs even shed roofs at a 6/12 pitch or better to lessen ice damage. That means 25 degree slope or better.
